3. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to:

• Distribute harmful content, including malware or viruses.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality.

4. Purchases and Payment By placing an order on the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Art by Ayala LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping and Return, Refund Policy Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified during checkout. All sales are final, but Art by Ayala LLC will process replacements or refunds in cases of damage during shipping or defective products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. 

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art by Ayala LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products. In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of MO. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class actions or other collective legal actions.

11. Handmade Canvas Prints and Original Art Disclaimer Please note that all canvas prints sold on the Site are handmade. As a result, each canvas print may vary slightly in texture, color, and overall appearance. These natural variations are part of the unique, handcrafted nature of the product and should not be considered defects. By purchasing a canvas print or orignal art you acknowledge and accept these inherent differences.
